The God of Intolerance

The Jewish “god” – Jehovah – is fundamentally unwilling to get along with other gods – or to even tolerate their existence, anywhere. The thing is insistent on a mission to hunt them all down and exterminate them, and blot them out of human memory, so that no one will even remember they ever existed. To literally raze their temples, and the entire towns surrounding them, to the ground, and slaughter every last person who remembers worshiping them. It wants to erase history.

Most gods are gods “of” something. In the Greek pantheon for instance, Hermes is associated with esoteric knowledge and wisdom, Athena with civic cohesion, Aphrodite with sensuality, Hephaestus with metallurgy, Zeus with big boss-man chauvinist jerk energy, and Diana with hunting. In Japanese mythology, Amaterasu is the goddess of the rising sun. To the Yoruba, Shango is the god of dance. And what is Israel’s god associated with? What is it the god “of”?

It’s the god “of” refusing to coexist with other gods.

That’s it. The god of intolerance. The notion that “there can be no one but me!”

Zeus, in contrast, ruled the other Olympians, but he never wanted to make them stop existing. Even Zeus’s massive ego was still permeable enough to allow for the existence of other gods and goddesses all around him. He never begrudged them their worshipers, or their temples; and he never told his devotees to commit desecration or persecution of their devotees. He recognized that even his place was as a god – one among many, in a world of innumerable diversities of form which even he couldn’t entirely control. Even Zeus recognized his limits.

But his Jewish counterpart acknowledges no limits, since it doesn’t acknowledge any other gods or goddesses as legitimate. And this refusal has an egotistical and insecure quality to it. Israel’s god knows that other gods and goddess do exist; and is pissed off about it. The words “wrathful”, “jealous”, and “vengeful”, are adjectives with which it describes itself to its various prophets, again and again, throughout the Tanakh, in response to people worshiping other gods and goddesses.

The god of the psychopathy of the unchecked ego.

Can you imagine Zeus getting jealous of Apollo because some people are worshiping him? Like, not because Apollo did anything bad to him, or violated or wronged him in any way – but simply because Apollo exists. And has worshipers. Can you imagine Zeus getting insecure about this and having a hissy-fit and commanding some roving band of misfits to go around burning down all of Apollo’s temples and slaughtering everyone in the towns around the temples just because they had the audacity to live in a town with a temple in it?

That would be a step backward for Zeus – a devolution into a weaker and less godlike being. That’s right: The level of emotional maturity of Israel’s god is less than that of Zeus. And that’s saying something, because Zeus is not emotionally mature. In fact, he’s actually kind of a monster. And Israel’s deity is even worse than him.

And as the Jewish deity seeks to destroy all other religions and gods, it has commanded its followers – the Jewish People – to bring about the physical manifestation of this directive, on their deity’s behalf.

In the Torah (the five books of Moses), Jews are commanded to conquer nations and exterminate all other religions violently.

The Nevi’im (books of the prophets) make promises to the Jews, over and over again, that they will one day achieve this goal, and rule other nations, bask in their riches, and shatter their idols. The “messiah” figure it speaks of is supposed to conquer the entire world, and rule all humanity with a globalist Jewish theocracy.

It literally says so, in the scriptures, folks. It’s not some neo-nazi saying it. It’s Jeremiah and Isaiah saying it. And dozens of other men the Jewish religion considers prophets, who ostensibly spoke on behalf of God.

Judaism, in its purest form, is inimical to the toleration of any religion besides itself. It is a religion *about* being the only religion. If Thor is the god of thunder, and Hephaestus is the god of blacksmithing, Jehovah is the god of being intolerant of the existence of other gods. Jehovah is *about* being intolerant, the same way that any other god is the god of any other thing.

If all the gods are playing in a sandbox together, Jehovah is the only one who refuses to let anyone else play in “his” sandbox, and violently expels everyone else, one by one, until he’s the only one left, sitting all alone in the middle of the sandbox, the undisputed lord of the ruins.

And that is how a sociopath thinks. That is what a sociopath wants. And so, Jehovah is the god of sociopathy, of the unwillingness of the ego to accept the existence of any other ego beside itself. Sociopathy, defined and deified. That is the deity of Judaism.

And precisely because its deity is *about* refusing to coexist with other deities, Judaism is a religion *about* refusing to coexist with other religions.

If the Jewish deity is unwilling to coexist peacefully with other deities – if it is quite literally the god of intolerance – then an inference can be logically made that the Jewish nation is unwilling to coexist peacefully with other nations, and is an intrinsically violent and destructive nation. Such an inference, whether ultimately true or not, is nevertheless a reasonable hypothesis for any rational mind – and therefore, not indicative of some mental disorder or “inexplicable” disposition toward bigotry.

Jewry has to start understanding this. Given the violent personality of its god, and the explicitly exterminationist language in its scriptures, it is logical and rational for a person of another nation (a gentile) to be suspicious of you, and to not trust your intentions, and to refuse to let you settle in his country. It’s logical for him to consider you a potential enemy, because your own scriptures consider him an enemy. An intrinsic enemy. If he worships any god, gods, or goddesses besides your own tetragrammaton, then your scriptures define him as unworthy of existence and instruct you to kill him. Not only him, but the entire community that shelters him. Your book, the Torah, is a declaration of war against humanity. So you cannot act surprised when humanity assumes that you’re automatically in a de facto state of war with all of us.

Even if you, personally, are not at war, and have no hatred of gentiles whatsoever, it is nonetheless reasonable for a gentile who is wise to what’s in your scriptures to distrust you and suspect you of insidious mischief against his nation and his people – at least at first, until you give him good reason to not.

Therefore, stop treating a person as some kind of degenerate just for considering Jewry his enemy. Judaism considers him its enemy. If he reciprocates the sentiment, then he is being rational. He is a rational actor.

And that’s a good thing. For YOU.

Because it means that you can actually negotiate with him.

Because he’s rational.

That’s how rational people are. They’re open to negotiation.

The people whom you call “antisemites” are not irrational. And like any rational person, they can be reasoned with. And their demands are in fact reasonable, and if you accommodate their demands, then they won’t continue their warlike posture toward you. Because they’re rational. And that’s what rational people do, when their demands are accommodated: They stop being angry.
